🌟 Oakhill Campus Celebrates Progress and Farewells at Heartfelt Assembly 🎓
As the summer term came to a close, Oakhill Campus was filled with pride and celebration during our recent Year 6 Leavers and Progress Awards Assembly. It was a truly special occasion, bringing together pupils, families, and staff to reflect on a year of growth, achievement, and unforgettable memories.
🎖 Celebrating Progress
In each class, learners who have made exceptional progress in their learning were recognised with special awards. These awards celebrated not only academic development but also personal growth, resilience, and determination — qualities we value deeply at Oakhill.
The awards were presented by our Head Teacher, Holly Phillips, whose words of encouragement and pride resonated with everyone in the room.
💙 A Special Thank You
This year’s Progress Awards were made even more meaningful thanks to the generosity of Emily Comer, mother of Ollie, one of our Year 6 leavers who will be moving on to Hazelbrook Campus. Emily kindly purchased the trophies for the awards, helping us honour our learners in a truly memorable and lasting way.
👨👩👧👦 Families Join the Celebration
We were delighted to welcome the families of our award winners to share in this joyful event. Their presence added warmth and support to the occasion, reminding us of the strong community that surrounds and uplifts our learners every day.
🎓 Farewell to Our Year 6 Leavers
As we said goodbye to our Year 6 pupils, we celebrated their time at Oakhill and looked ahead to the exciting journeys that await them. Each leaver leaves behind a legacy of laughter, learning, and friendship — and they take with them our very best wishes for the future.
🌈 A Perfect End to a Fantastic Year
This assembly was a beautiful way to close the school year — full of emotion, celebration and community spirit. We are so proud of every learner and grateful to all who made this event so special.
Here’s to a restful summer and a bright new chapter ahead!
